The normal ready-stock MOQ is 100 pieces. Available colours and sizes may be mixed after live inventory is confirmed.
Do you support private-label underwear orders?
Yes. XIEMEI supports custom labels, colours, sizing and packaging. MOQ, price and timing depend on the confirmed product specification.
What is the OEM MOQ?
Selected repeat-style programmes can start from 500 pieces per colour and size. New developments are quoted individually after the fabric, construction and packaging requirements are confirmed.
How fast can ready-stock orders ship?
Confirmed stock orders normally leave the factory within three days after payment and final stock allocation.
Can I request samples?
Available stock samples can be confirmed before ordering. Qualified wholesale buyers may receive up to two free stock samples on selected programmes; international freight and destination charges are paid by the buyer.
Do you work with startup brands?
Yes, when the proposed order meets the applicable ready-stock or OEM MOQ. XIEMEI does not offer single-piece retail or zero-MOQ automated dropshipping.
How is quality checked?
